Centum Apartments consists of a total of 109 apartments spread across three buildings. Each building is separated by a wonderfully landscaped courtyard. The three buildings have been cleverly designed to provide private dwelling spaces that have been linked by the courtyard gardens and paths. The eclectic mix of metal panels and render further add to the uniqueness and boutique feel of Centum. The design is also enhanced by the placement of innovative screening devices, not only for sun shading purposes but to create a greater sense of privacy between apartments.
