Owners and Residents at Centum Apartments have the comfort of knowing that the complex is being looked after by a management team that is dedicated to the efficient operating of this development. We have a presence within the building at all times as there is a designated duty manager that lives onsite. We provide general leasing Furnished/ Unfurnished and an Onsite Sales service for our owners. Tenants in particular prefer to lease through our onsite management as they do not need to leave the building for any issues and have direct access to their property managers. Our staff are based in the reception area in the entry foyer. You are able to access this area freely during office hours. Whilst we do manage the majority of apartments within Centum we do understand that some owners have a current relationship with other managing agents for their investments and may prefer to continue to utilize those services. Whether you are under our management or an external agent we are here to assist you with any issues or queries you may have.
