We have provided this section of our website to keep all of our owners up to date with various newsletters, general information and also documents that will assist you with your apartment ownership in Centum Apartments. We will continually update this section with downloadable PDF files as required.

As you are aware we are the onsite management team and are responsible for the day to day operating of the complex. We also provide both property management and sales services from the onsite reception area for our owners.

We feel it is very important for owners that have invested significantly in Centum to stay in touch with information relating to the building.
